Privacy
How Pleviro handles what you put into it. Plain language, no lawyer padding.
What we store
- Your email address, name and a hashed password (scrypt — the plain password is never stored).
- The records you create: items, renewals, subscriptions, and the notes on them.
- The files you upload, stored on the server's disk and served only to your logged-in session.
- Your subscription status from Stripe: active, trialing, past due or cancelled.
What we never do
- We do not connect to your email, your bank or your card statements. There is no integration to read them through — every record is one you entered.
- We do not see or store card numbers. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe.
- We do not sell, rent or share your records with anyone, and there is no advertising.
We send transactional mail only: a welcome message, reminder digests for the dates you asked us to watch, and trial or billing notices. Reminder emails can be switched off in settings; billing notices cannot, because they concern money.
Your control
- Export. One button in settings downloads every record as JSON.
- Delete. Deleting your account removes your records, your uploaded files and your sessions from the database immediately.
- Correction. Every field is editable by you at any time.
Cookies
One cookie: a session token that keeps you signed in. It is httpOnly, same-site and expires after 30 days. There are no analytics or tracking cookies.
Sub-processors
- Stripe — payments and subscription state.
- Your configured SMTP provider — outbound email only.
Contact
Questions about your data go to the address on the account you signed up with — reply to any Pleviro email and it reaches a person.
