The deal between you and Pleviro.

The service

Pleviro is a personal record-keeping tool for warranties, renewal dates and subscriptions. It stores what you enter and sends reminders about the dates you set.

Trial and billing

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full functionality and no card required.
• After the trial, continued editing requires a subscription at $9.00 per month, billed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel at any time from the billing page.
• Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
• We do not pro-rate partial months. If a charge was a genuine mistake, tell us and we will refund it.

When a plan lapses

An expired trial or cancelled subscription makes the account read-only. Your records are not deleted, and you can still read, download and export everything. Subscribing restores editing.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Only upload files you have the right to store.
• Do not use the service to break the law or to store other people's data without their knowledge.

Reminders are a helper, not a guarantee

Pleviro sends reminders on a best-effort basis. Email can be delayed, filtered or bounced, and servers can go down. Treat it as a very good backstop, not as a legal guarantee that you will never miss a date — the responsibility for renewing a passport or an insurance policy stays with you.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is. We aim for continuous availability and keep backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or fails to pay, after telling you why.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
